Douglas Primary School
Week of April 13, 2015Monday morning started off with "Take Me out to the Ballgame" playing as students entered the building. Staff and students were dressed in baseball attire from head to toe!
Author, Kate Hanscom visited the Primary School on Monday morning. Kate read one of her children's books, Literal Lily to all of the students. Students were able to purchase a signed copy of either book. If you missed this opportunity, you may visit her website and still purchase one!

Kate enjoys sharing her books and experiences to entertain, teach and inspire young minds! Her goal is to create a high-energy, interactive atmosphere to empower and motivate young students. We can ALL be authors and illustrators. All it takes to get started is an idea...and there is no age limit for your imagination!
Congratulations, Kaden Howard!!!
Kaden is in Mrs. Dickinson's Kindergarten class.
All students enjoyed a walk to the Elementary School for the PTO Book Fair this week!
