Grade 1 Polar Express
Grade 1 students enjoyed listening to the story, The Polar Express in the nicely decorated cafeteria Friday morning. Students had a ticket to turn in at the door before traveling up the ramp behind the train. Following the story, student made trains from graham crackers, marshmallows, M&M's, and whipped cream. Parent volunteers assisted with the hot chocolate treat! Students also received a bell bracelet as the first Christmas gift which went along with the boy in the story who received a bell from Santa's reindeer. Students were able to eat their creations when complete! |
