Kindergarten News:
Kindergarten scarecrow artwork is on display on the Douglas Primary School Gallery.
Grade One News:
Apple hats in Mrs. Forest's class. Students enjoyed reading facts about apples in the Scholastic News.
The owl bulletin board reinforces the math skill of turn around addition facts. The children recorded their addition number sentences on each owl. This skill was learned in Unit 1 in the Go Math curriculum.
Mrs. Omar's class was reading "Jack the Cat" and practicing the short "a" sound.
Thank you to Mrs. Omar for filling in for Mrs. Hendricks while she was out.
